Waumini Housing Held its Annual General Meeting on 29th April, 2023. The meeting was held at Don Bosco shrine in Upper Hill – Nairobi. The agenda of the day was achieved. Members passed resolutions which are contained in the Chairperson’s Report. We encourage all our members to actively participate in such meetings.
Waumini Housing Cooperative Society Ltd and KUSCCO Housing Cooperative Society Ltd signed a Business Partnership Agreement on 2nd May 2023. The Signing Event was graced by the Waumini Housing Chairperson and Hon Secretary. The CEO of KUSCCO Housing represented his team. This partnership will see both institutions benefit from joint marketing of products and services offered by both Societies. Members from Waumini Housing now have an extra source of getting finances for project uptake.
Waumini Housing is notifying the members on extension for receiving application for board of Director or supervisory committee. All members who meet the requirement are encouraged to send their application to reach the office on or before 6th March, 2023 at 4:00pm

Our AGM for the year is fast approaching and as per our Bylaws, members of Board who have served their term of three years retire but are eligible to seek reelection. A Circular calling members to collect /download nomination form has been sent. Members who have met the requirements and are interested to seek nomination to Vie for positions in the board and supervisory committee can now apply.
