Waumini Housing is an associate of Waumini Sacco formed after the Sacco AGM resolutions. The journey of registration of an investment arm of Waumini Housing Co-operative Society was successfully finalized in 2017 under the Co-operative Societies Act of the Laws of Kenya; The Society boasts of over 1,300 active members with a projection of having about 3000 new members on board in the next financial year

JOIN AS AN INDIVIDUAL
- A duly filled Housing membership application form
- copies of your ID, KRA pin and passport size photo
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of Kshs.1000
- Raise Share capital of kshs.30,000 (payable in instalments)
JOIN AS A GROUP
- A duly filled Housing membership application form
- Copies of officials/directors ID, KRA pin and passport size photo
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of Kshs.15,000
- Raise Share capital of kshs.50,000
- Attach registration certificate for the group or minutes of the group formation
- Attach minutes approving the joining Waumini Housing
